The New GrantCraft Guide for Grantmakers

Below is a new guide from GrantCraft (Ford Foundation) about funder collaboratives that I helped to write and so now, I'm helping to promote. We hope there's some good stuff in there (e.g., a piece on how Millennials/Net Gen may represent a "new spirit of collaboration"; the role of nonfunders in these things; and the "people part" of the equation and what happens when there are personality conflicts, disagreements, etc. -- which are often the things that no one wants to talk about).
